Iñaki holds a Double Degree in Advertising and Interdisciplinary Visual Arts from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA.

20 years ago, he started as a web designer and flash animator creating some of the first flash sites in Spain. Later, he switched to digital copywriting due to a lack of specialized talent. He’s helped build digital units in agencies such as Shackleton, Grey or DoubleYou Madrid or Euro RSCG (Havas). For the last 11 years he’s been leading creative teams in different agencies performing all kinds of interactive and traditional work. After his last post at Leo Burnett Madrid, today he leads a team of mixed talent at Service Plan Spain.

Prior to joining Service Plan to handle the Amstel accounts as well as the day to day of the agency, Iñaki has participated in the last 4 Spanish National Xmas Lottery campaigns in different roles at Leo Burnett. There he led the AXA team for the Mediterranean and Latin America region. He has also worked for brands such as Hotmail, Windows, Umbro, Pepe Jeans, VIPS, JEEP, Cepsa, Trina, Cardhu and Movistar among many others.

His work has been awarded more than 40 times in both national and international festivals including a Grand Prix in El Sol and a Silver Cyber Lion for Carmina (Xmas Lottery). He also helped Shackleton become Direct Marketing Agency of the Year at Cannes twice.  Other awards, include The One Show, Cannes, El Sol, FIAP, Echo, CdeC, IAB’s Inspirational and LIAA in digital, direct and integrated categories.
